 The
IntelliSafe Vault enables both secure signing and secure storage of documents, protecting documents in transit and at rest. The Vault replicates the function and purpose of "ink
and paper" original documents, enabling the creation of digital
documents that are:
Unique: Only one authentic original
document exists
Identifiable: Documents can be
stored in human readable formats for future recognition
Unalterable: Secured after creation
and signature
Authentic: Content and attesting
digital signatures
Transferable: Owner can transfer
ownership of file
IntelliSafe Vault meets and exceeds the six transferable record
criteria found in UETA (section 16), all similar criteria in the
US E-Sign Act and criteria for electronic chattel paper in UCC Article
9, allowing for transfer of ownership of the digital document and
associated assets between parties.
The Vault's open architecture enables integration with third party applications.
